Matthew drives M & S groups Ltd business forward a real yes man even with tight projects. With over 30 years of experience and knowledge, there's nothing he hasn't built before. He dreams big and has grand plans to help sustainable incineration.
Sarah Murray
Co Founder and Financial Lead
There's never an invoice that gets past this eagle eye.
Sarah is one of the most crucial and fundamental parts of the business- she pays the wages but also keeps everyone grounded.
Everything is stock counted and audited through Sarah!
But she also has a secret super power - she's a full time Mum too!
Jonathan Eastwood
Quality Control Manager
Jonathan is a valued member of M & S Fabrication Ltd, he has a wide range of unique skills. All units have to go through a thorough cleaning, to become blemish free. He's a whizz with tools and nothing gets past this one.
He loves rugby league and has a secret favourite film (White Chicks.)
Andrew Smith
Lead Refractory Engineer
Andrew has over 30 years of experience, his high tolerances only let's the highest quality work out of the workshop. The Engineer of the group he works with everyone on the team and always forward thinking.
He loves spending time with his family watching football and a Manchester United fan.
His favourite food is anything spicy.
Michael Ell
Welder / Fabrication Lead
Michael is not just your average welder/ fabricator, he's a step above the rest. He brings 15 years of knowledge and experience and a very keen eye for detail. Every measurement has to be to the millimetre!
He loves socialising and watching Manchester United but can't stand Onions.
Kira Bennett
Social Media and blog writer
Kira is the backend business guru. All social media and marketing is done through her.
She loves writing up our blogs, organising our emails and keeping us on track with anything that involves the laptop.
Although for some reason we still can't get her to take a selfie!
