Here at M & S group, we tailor each specific incinerator project to meet the needs and requirements of each client. This month has seen a Stainless-Steel Venturi Cone incinerator

Designed and fabrication made for a client who maintains industrial heating systems.
(Here’s the clever part ) A steel venturi cone incinerator is a type of incinerator that uses a venturi cone to create a high-velocity air stream, which helps to burn waste materials more efficiently. The venturi cone is a cone-shaped device that is installed in the incinerator's combustion chamber, which helps to increase the airflow rate and oxygen supply to the combustion zone.
In a steel venturi cone incinerator, waste materials are loaded into a primary combustion chamber, where they are burned at high temperatures. The venturi cone is installed at the base of the combustion chamber, where it accelerates the flow of air into the chamber, increasing the rate of combustion.
As the waste materials burn, the heat generated is used to produce steam or hot water, which can be used for various applications, including heating and electricity generation. The combustion process in a steel venturi cone incinerator is designed to be very efficient, with minimal emissions of pollutants such as particulate matter, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen oxides.
Steel venturi cone incinerators are commonly used for the disposal of medical and hazardous waste, as well as for the destruction of confidential documents and other sensitive materials. They are also used in industries such as oil and gas, where they are used to burn off waste gases produced during the production process.
One of the advantages of steel venturi cone incinerators is their compact design, which makes them suitable for use in areas with limited space. They are also relatively easy to operate and maintain, with low operating costs compared to other types of incinerators.
These types of incinerators are also commonly used for the disposal of medical and hazardous waste, as well as for the destruction of confidential documents and waste gases in industrial processes. Made from locally obtained, 304 stainless sheet steel that is 2.5 mm and 5 mm thick. (The guys can practically run around the corner and retrieve our stock source. We must continue to promote waste-to-energy while also being eco-warriors in every other manner! In fact, this is the perfect time to say a big thank you to next door, who supply all of our metal.
This stainless-steel cone construction is 2.5 mm thick, 950 mm long, and can have an interior diameter varying from 180 to 380 mm. It has 5mm flanges with perforations drilled to match an established pattern on either end. The edges were drilled and precision cut. The cone design was created, cut, and then pressed to take its final form. The body's joints were tig welded. The gussets and lips were arc-welded. Hydrofluoric acid was then used to dissolve the welds, neutralizing any remaining discolouration.
We can scale projects to suit all our customer’s needs, with no project being too big or too small. And we always love working with new clients.
